When will my order ship ? 

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During busier periods or launches dispatch time may be slightly longer. 

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes ! We currently ship within Ireland, the UK, and selected EU countries ! 

How much is shipping ?

Ireland -  Tracked shipping €6 / Standard Non Tracked shipping: €4

UK - Tracked Shipping: €11

Europe - €12

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

How long does shipping usually take ?

Ireland : 3-5 Business Days 

UK & Europe : 3-7 Business Days 

Unfortunately during busier periods these times may be slightly longer and any delays of your parcel due to Postal Service /Customs delays are outside of our control. 

How do I track my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation with your tracking details included. 

How do I know what size to order ?

Please refer to our Sizing Guide before ordering,  if you’re still unsure, please feel free to contact us at : woof@houndsandhaven.com and we will happily help. 

Do you accept exchanges / returns ?

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept  exchanges if the product is unworn / undamaged. Please note that any shipping cost associated with returns / exchanges will be at the responsibility of the customer. The product will be thoroughly inspected upon return to ensure no damage to the product, which if there is found to be damage or wear and tear we will not be able to process a refund / exchange. Hounds and Haven strongly advise looking at our size guide before ordering. should there be any issues with your order on our side, e.g., wrong size. sent in order box,  etc, please let us know ASAP at woof@houndsandhaven.com

How should I care for / clean my products: 

We recommend gently hand washing and air drying all accessories to help maintain their quality and shape. These products are NOT suitable to tumble dry or machine wash.
